At the heart of what we do is coffee. We proudly serve Redemption Roasters, a London-based specialty coffee roaster known for quality, craftsmanship, and social impact. Their beans are roasted inside UK prisons, supporting rehabilitation and helping reduce reoffending through meaningful employment and training a mission we’re proud to stand behind. Every cup we serve is brewed on our La Marzocco machine, ensuring consistency, balance, and excellence in every pour.
